Our comprehensive process to find the right people
Our comprehensive screening process starts with the application process where psychometric assessments are used to filter candidates.
After we’ve screened potential candidates, we present you with a shortlist including convenient materials for your interview panel including interview questions.
After the interview Recruitment Value conducts meticulous reference checks and probe key aspects from the assessments or interview.
Once a candidate has been selected we complete the recruitment process for finalising the offer. We can even co-ordinate the employment paperwork, medical, police clearances etc.
